I am a trined birth doula and postpartum doula. I live in the Larnaka aera with my husband, our two sons and our Labrador Leon. I came to Cyprus over 10 years ago, I fell in love with the island and moved here for good that same year.

I studied history and I tried many other jobs, but it wasn`t until I gave birth to my sons, I found what my true passion was. Passion for birth and helping women through pregnancy and childbirth.

I started walking the doula path long before I had my own children. It accidently happened, that I accompanied my sister during her childbirth and although I had no idea what to expect and what to do, I knew I had witnessed a mirrracle. 

After I fell pregnant with my first child I started to read everything related to pregnancy and childbirth. I planned for a natural birth, and that`s how my son was born. Soon I fell pregnant with my second child and that time I expected more form my birth expirience. I red even more, I sought for support and I hired a doula... And she made the expirience a whole lot diferent. 

It was then, that I understood, that being a doula was someting I wanted to do. I wanted to help women to have positive  birth expirience.

I took the Labor and Birth Doula training with Childbirth Intrnational and I continue my education planning to become a breastfeeding consultant.

I have expirience with private clinics and public hospital. I supported women through their first pregnancy and childbirth, and I have attened succesfull VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarian) . 

It is my great passion to support women during childbirth and I believe in what I do with all my heart.
