Doula is a trained birth companion who provide continuous physical, emotional and informational support to the mother before and during birth.
Women are amayzing in their way of growing, carrying and birthing their children. Childbirth shouldn`t be expected to be a hell, it`s the moment when a child is born, but a mother is born too.
